How Personalization Works

Personalized gifts are made from the photos, names and messages you choose. Our ordering flow keeps the customization clear before production begins.

1. Choose your gift

Select the product and design that fit the occasion and recipient.

2. Upload and personalize

Upload the required photos and add any available name, text or message fields. Products that support multiple photos will show the required photo-count options on the product page.

3. Review your customization

Check the customization summary, selected photo count and any paid add-ons before adding the gift to your cart.

4. Review the digital proof

For products with proof approval enabled, a digital design proof is prepared before production. You can approve it or request a change.

5. Production after approval

Production starts after the approved design is ready. Use clear, high-resolution photos whenever possible for the best print result.
