What happens after your Shopify order is placed.
Every order keeps its products, personalization, uploaded files, variants and paid extras together. Simple or ready-made orders can skip stages that are not required; customized gifts follow the applicable design, proof, payment, production and delivery gates below.

No proof-required product is currently detected in this cart. Design/proof stages apply only when a product or later review requires them.
Details & assets checkedPhotos, text, variants, quantities, gift details and linked extras are reviewed for completeness.
DesignCustomized artwork is prepared when the product needs design work. Products that do not need design skip this stage.
Proof / revisionFor proof-enabled gifts, review the latest proof. Approve it or request changes; a newer proof replaces the older one.
Payment requirement clearedThe configured payment requirement must be satisfied before production when payment-before-production applies.
ProductionThe approved and payment-ready gift moves into production with the assigned internal or external production team.
Quality checkThe finished item is checked. A failed QC can return the item for correction before it can move forward.
PackingPacking starts only after the required quality check passes. Gift packaging and hide-price instructions stay with the order.
Delivery / pickupThe order is handed to the selected delivery route or marked ready for pickup. Tracking or pickup readiness is shared when available.

Send missing photo/text, answer a clarification, approve or revise a proof, complete a pending payment requirement, or confirm delivery information.
What can pause progress
Missing customer information/assets, revision requests, pending payment, material or production issues, QC failure, or a delivery/serviceability issue can hold the next stage.
